Aoi
Aoi, a named local agent, standing in a teal-black void with a translucent ice fox on her shoulder.

Aoi · Alter ego

Aoi

Name her. Keep the call.

Aoi is a local agent you bind to a face. The harbor stays on your machine. Threads move only when you sign them. She will not speak in a crowd, and she will not run unsigned.

Face

She is the name you put on the work.

Most agents are a prompt and a logo. Aoi is an alter ego you bind: a face, a harbor, and a refusal to run without you.

  1. 01A face, not a runtimeThe agent has a name you chose. Work arrives under that face. Shared inboxes do not get a key.
  2. 02The harbor is the machineInference, memory, and unsigned drafts stay here. Aoi does not rent a cloud voice to speak for you.
  3. 03Threads are signedA thread is a line of work with a person on it. Unsigned lines stay dark. She will not publish for you.

Bound face · local only

Harbor

Three rooms. One machine.

Aoi is not a dashboard of models. She is a harbor with a face on it. You walk the rooms. She does not flood them.

  • Close portrait of Aoi, ice-blue eyes catching cyan rim light.

    Face

Bind a name before the first thread. No faceless default, no shared seat.

  • Aoi at a private desk with a closed laptop and an ice-glass nameplate.

    Harbor

The runtime lives on this machine. Memory does not leave unless you carry it.

  • Aoi holding a thin cyan thread of signed work between her fingers.

    Thread

A line of work with a signature. Unsigned threads stay closed.

Refusals

What she will not do.

The product is as much a closed door as an open one. Aoi is useful because she stops.

  • No faceless default

If nobody bound a name, Aoi stays dark. A runtime without a face is a crowd.

  • No public voice

She will not post, mail, or speak in a room you did not open. The harbor is not a megaphone.

  • No unsigned leave

Threads do not ship, sync, or leave the machine until a person signs the line.

Questions

Before you bind a name.

Is Aoi a live agent?
No. This is a frontend UI template. The harbor, the face, and the threads are product fiction so a buyer can see a finished house. Connect your own runtime when you ship.
Does login create an account?
It does not. Step in and Name a face are furniture. Submit, read the notice, walk back to the stage. No session is stored.
Where does the work run?
In the story: on the machine in front of you. In the template: nowhere. Replace the harbor with your local runtime, sidecar, or desktop host.
Can I replace the face?
Yes. Swap the illustrations in public/images, the mark in the logo, and the copy in src/lib/site.ts. Keep the HUD language or throw it out.

Wake

Bind the face. Leave the rest unsigned.

The stage is a template. The name can be yours. The harbor will stay quiet until you connect a runtime.
