Name the agent first
A runtime without a face is a crowd. Aoi starts with a name you are willing to keep.

I have sat with teams who ship an agent as a logo and a prompt. The logo is a mark. The prompt is a crowd. Nobody is on the line when the work is wrong.
Aoi starts the other way. You bind a face before the first thread. The harbor will not wake for a shared inbox.
A name is a liability you accept
If the work can be traced to a person, the person stays careful. If the work belongs to a runtime, the runtime will finish things you would not sign.
We learned this the expensive way. A faceless sidecar drafted a customer note, sent it, and left a trail nobody wanted. The model did what models do. The missing piece was a name on the door.
Binding is not branding
Branding is a wordmark. Binding is a contract: this face, this machine, these threads. Aoi will not invent a personality pack. She will wait until you give her someone to be.
That someone can be yours. It can be a desk name. It cannot be "assistant".
What we refuse to default
A default face is a crowd with better lighting. If you skip the binding step, the harbor stays dark. That is not a bug in the onboarding. It is the product.
