The harbor stays on the machine
Aoi is a local runtime with a face on it. Memory does not leave unless you carry it.

Cloud agents are convenient because they forget whose desk they are sitting on. Aoi is inconvenient on purpose. The harbor is this machine.
Why local is a design, not a slogan
If the weights, the memory, and the unsigned drafts live somewhere else, the face is decoration. You are renting a voice. You do not keep the call.
We built the template as if the runtime never leaves the room. Buyers will connect their own sidecar, llama.cpp host, or desktop daemon. The interface already assumes the work is here.
What "here" means
Here is the laptop with the ice-glass nameplate on it. Here is not a region. Here is not a workspace ID. If you need a team, you add named faces — you do not open a bucket.
Carry what you must
Backups exist. They are files you move. Aoi will not sync a thread because a toggle looked friendly. Unsigned work stays closed. Signed exports are yours to hold.
