The industry taught people that streaming text is progress. Aoi treats streaming text as a draft in a dark room. Nothing leaves until a person signs the line.

Threads are not chats

A chat is a pile. A thread is a piece of work with a beginning, a signature, and an end. If you cannot name the person who would defend it, it is not a thread.

We kept the metaphor physical: a cyan line you can hold. You can drop it. You can sign it. You cannot pretend the harbor sent it while you were in another tab.

The cost of a closed door

Sales wanted a "send" that looked like every other tool. We kept the door. Unsigned work stays in the harbor. That makes demos slower and products safer.

If you need speed, sign faster. Do not remove the signature.
