Getting started
Walk the stage, bind a face in the furniture, and open the first thread in your own runtime.
Install the template, read the house rules, then decide what you will replace first: the face, the copy, or the harbor.
Walk the stage
Start at /. The hero is a full-bleed character with a HUD overlay. That is the product visual. If it feels like a dashboard, you have drifted.
Then open /register. Submit the form. Read the notice. Nothing was created. That is correct.
Replace in this order
src/lib/site.ts— name, tagline, URLpublic/images— face, covers, portraitssrc/app/globals.css— ice and porcelainsrc/content— tides and chart
